Refund & Cancellation Policy
We'd rather earn your renewal than argue about a refund. Here's how cancellations and refunds work.
1. Onboarding access
We onboard only a few businesses at a time, and founding-cohort onboarding carries no charge. No payment details are required to begin, so there is nothing to refund. You can walk away at any time and export your data.
2. Paid plans
- Cancel anytime. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
- 14-day guarantee on first payment. If ZNOS isn't right for you, write to us within 14 days of your first paid invoice for a full refund.
- Renewals: renewal charges are refundable on a pro-rata basis if requested within 7 days of the charge and the account shows no material usage in that period.
3. How to request
Email billing@znos.ai from your account email with your invoice number. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined for accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service, or for charges older than the windows above. Taxes remitted to authorities are refunded only where the law permits recovery.
