Privacy Policy
ZNOS is built by operators who run their own business on it. We treat your data the way we'd want ours treated: collected minimally, used only to run the product, and never sold.
1. Who we are
ZNOS ("the Service", "we", "us") is the AI CEO Operating System. This policy explains what we collect when you visit our website, join the waitlist, or use the Service, and what we do with it.
2. What we collect
- Waitlist data: your name, work email, brand/company name, business category, and anything you tell us about your operation. We use this solely to evaluate and contact founding-cohort applicants.
- Account data: if you're granted access, we collect login credentials, role, and organisation details needed to provision your workspace.
- Operational data: the business data you bring into ZNOS — orders, inventory, shipments, campaigns, financial records. This data is yours. We process it only to deliver the Service to you.
- Usage data: standard logs (IP, device, pages viewed, feature events) used for security, debugging, and improving the product.
3. How we use it
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- To select and contact waitlist applicants about onboarding access.
- To send essential service communications. We do not run drip campaigns against waitlist emails.
- Aggregated, de-identified usage patterns may inform product decisions. Your business data is never used to benefit another customer.
4. AI processing
ZNOS includes AI features. Routine inference runs on infrastructure we control. Where a task is escalated to a third-party AI provider, we send the minimum context needed for that task under contractual confidentiality, and we do not permit providers to train on your data.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with: (a) infrastructure and sub-processors under data-protection agreements; (b) integration partners you explicitly connect (e.g. carriers, ad platforms, accounting tools); (c) authorities where the law requires it.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside our team is role-restricted and audit-logged. Sensitive actions within the product carry download-level audit trails.
7. Retention & your rights
Waitlist data is kept while cohort selection is ongoing and deleted on request. Account and operational data is retained while your account is active and deleted or returned on termination, subject to legal retention duties (e.g. tax records). You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to privacy@znos.ai.
8. Cookies
The marketing site uses only strictly necessary cookies. The product uses session cookies required for authentication. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on either.
9. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll notify account holders by email and update the date at the top of this page.
