Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the ZNOS website, waitlist, and — if selected — the ZNOS platform. By joining the waitlist or using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
ZNOS is an AI-assisted business operating system covering orders, logistics, inventory, marketing, finance, and analytics. Access is currently limited to a founding cohort.
2. Waitlist & selection
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. We onboard only a few businesses at a time, and only a limited number of selected businesses will receive onboarding invitations, at our sole discretion. Selection criteria include business fit, data readiness, and cohort capacity. Waitlist position may not be transferred or sold.
3. Onboarding access
Onboarding access, where granted, is provided for the period stated in your invitation. We may extend, modify, or end onboarding access at our discretion. When onboarding access ends, continued access requires a paid plan; your data remains exportable either way.
4. Your account & acceptable use
- You're responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account.
- Don't misuse the Service: no unauthorised access, scraping, reverse engineering, resale, or use that violates law or third-party rights.
- You must have the right to upload the business data you bring into ZNOS.
5. Your data
You own your business data. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. On termination you may export your data; we delete residual copies within a commercially reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
6. AI outputs
ZNOS produces analytics, forecasts, and recommendations generated in part by AI. These are decision support, not professional advice. You remain responsible for business, financial, tax, and legal decisions. Verify outputs that carry statutory consequences (e.g. compliance filings) before acting on them.
7. Availability & changes
During the founding-cohort phase the Service is provided "as is" and evolves quickly. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may add, change, or retire features.
8. Intellectual property
ZNOS, its software, design system, and brand assets are our property. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Service under these terms.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or ₹10,000 during any complimentary onboarding period). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with export rights over your data preserved except in cases of unlawful use.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
